Clear Skin Acne Program Disclaimer
The Clear Skin Acne Program is an educational and coaching service designed to provide personalized skincare guidance, education and accountability.
The program does not guarantee that acne will be eliminated or that a specific result will be achieved. Results vary depending on individual skin, consistency, lifestyle, product tolerance and other factors.
Clients are responsible for communicating changes or concerns regarding their skin and for following recommendations appropriately.
Radiant Skin Solutions reserves the right to recommend that a client seek evaluation from a dermatologist or other healthcare professional when a concern appears to require medical care.

Client Communication
Messaging is intended for routine questions and coaching support and is not intended for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
For Clear Skin Acne Program clients, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will count as that scheduled check-in/call and will not be rescheduled or replaced.
Forms Before Your Consultation
After booking, clients will receive a consent form and skin consultation form to complete before the appointment.
